Nikola is the proud founder of the Bridgewater Labs, an innovative IT company. With his team of Superheroes, he shapes new technology solutions, with a startup speed and an enterprise scale. That gave him the opportunity to be involved in some really cool, innovative technology upgrades that make him wake up with a smile every day. But, instead of bragging, we’ll let his projects do the talking.

Experience in leading, defining, and delivering high-quality tech products from scratch led Nikola to become the “Best Young Manager in Serbia” for 2017. He is deeply committed to putting client needs first, by providing solutions that go above and beyond expectations. He sees it as a calling, not just a job.

That kind of enthusiasm and expertise gave Nikola the chance to be a part of several multi-million dollar projects all around the world. He had a pleasure to see everything and to learn a lot. If you become his mentee or a part of his audience, he will gladly share it with you.

In his spare time, Nikola tries to give back to the community by working with young entrepreneurs. As a part of the Google Launchpad Week, and TechStars events, he had an amazing chance to be a startup mentor and judge for some great young entrepreneurs across Europe.
