Nebojsa Mandic

Nebojša is a recognized business leader with more than 30 years of experience in one of the world’s leading global logistics organizations DHL, where he was General Director for seven years.

Our incredible mentor is a genius in the field of crisis management. He held a leading position and was a member of a team that secured that one of the largest global logistics companies stays permanently operational in a country during extremely difficult circumstances – the most severe economic sanctions in the world’s history, the second-highest hyperinflation ever recorded, of over 60 % per day and armed conflict environment.

Aside from crisis management, Nebojsa has been very successful in areas of vision and strategy development, corporate culture, people management, service quality, international standards implementation, and leading organizations towards their goal achievements.

During his career, he has gained vast experience, knowledge, and skills in leadership, general management, performance management, finances, human resources, and sales and marketing. He is very passionate about his work and career and says that “success is not a coincidence”.

Nebojša has been a member of the Serbian Association of Managers for more than 10 years and thanks to this, he belongs to the group of only a few of its “Golden Ambassadors”.

Currently, he leads one of the most successful logistics companies in the region – Intereuropa.

Nebojša is a “status quo” challenger and acts as a true “change agent”. He loves spending time with his family, hiking, active holidays, and a healthy lifestyle in general that he balances with work.
