Together with his brother, Milos inherited the managing position from his father, thus becoming a second generation leader of the company. His entrepreneurial ventures have been crowned with the aquisition of the company by the leading Swiss corporation – Arbonia Group. Milos has gained immense experience through the processes of both taking over and selling the company, therefore making him an expert in family owned business management and development.

Leading engineering projects in more than a 20 countries world wide with a lot of different people and nationalities gave me wider perspective of leading businesses and people and those experience taught me that the three most important things are:

– Quality must never suffer;
– Adherence to deadlines set at the beginning;
– A fair partnership in which the goal is always win-win

Milos Perovic, a member of the Board of the Serbian Association of Managers, is the operational director and co-owner of the company Termovent. He was born on April 17, 1982, in Belgrade, where he graduated from the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Belgrade. He is married and has three children.

In addition to the operational management of the company, Milos is also responsible for positioning Termovent in foreign markets, where the company operates very successfully. The main products of Termovent are the production of air chambers, clean rooms, and engineering services. As a confirmation of quality, there are also references such as companies: Pfizer, Zoetis, Novartis, Hotel Hilton, Hotel Marriott …

In 2015, the Serbian Association of Managers named him the best young manager.
