It has been named by the World Bank as one of the top 3 platforms for entrepreneurship in Southeast Europe. Alexander is one of the 3 founders.
Received a lifetime achievement award for his work at AIESEC Serbia – a global platform for young people to develop their leadership potential.
He was the first person in Serbia who organized the largest congress of students from 85 countries from all over the world.
For more than 20 years, Alexander has worked in the field of information technology and organizational transformation, leading large projects with more than 100 participants from 13 different countries.
Through many years of work, he has gained vast practical experience in defining strategy, tactics, and execution of digital transformation projects. He has successfully led the non-profit volunteer organization AIESEC for over three years.
He is extremely exposed to work in a multicultural environment, communicating between cultures, empowering local and remote work teams, which confirms his 350h of work with large and small groups.
He is strongly focused on strategy development, digital transformation, information technology, commercial and business processes making him a top expert.
In his career as a top management consultant, Alexander has worked with Kearney, Boston Consulting Group, and Deloitte on restructuring, developing organizational transformation, increasing operational efficiency, and defining strategies for several organizations across Southeast Europe in the areas of financial services, technology, and retail, FMCG, production, telecommunications, oil, and gas industry.
